Salesforce Project Manager

The Role

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be the bridge between business vision and technical execution. You aren’t just tracking tasks; you are a trusted advisor leading our clients through digital transformations. From initial discovery and pre-sales through to go-live and adoption, you will ensure our Salesforce solutions deliver high-impact business value while keeping our internal teams thriving.

This is a fully remote role designed for a high-autonomy professional who excels at managing complex timelines, distributed teams, and high-level stakeholder relationships without needing an office to stay connected.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Salesforce projects (typically 2 at a time), ensuring they remain on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams of Architects, Developers, and Consultants (including offshore/distributed resources) to ensure solution quality and team health.
• Agile Management: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring the team stays unblocked and productive in a remote environment.
• Financial & Operational Ownership: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and project margins.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans before they impact the client or the timeline.
• Change Management: Support end-user adoption by guiding training strategies and documentation to ensure the solutions you build are actually used.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem (Consulting/Professional Services experience is highly preferred).
• Salesforce Knowledge: A strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• The “Remote” Edge: Proven ability to lead and motivate distributed/offshore teams using tools like Slack, Google Meeting and Jira
• Methodology: Deep experience with Agile software development; PMP or CSM certifications are a significant plus.
• Communication: Exceptional facilitation skills—you can explain project complexities to a CEO and business requirements to a Developer with equal ease.
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred. Willingness to obtain further certifications is required.
